With the 1st Time Home Buyers Tax Credit, comming to an end, I have one question.Have you contacted your Rep. in Washington and, told them to extend this Tax Credit and not limit this Credit to 1st time Buyers only? I feel this is a powerfull tool for Realtors and AM's alike.
