  • Hi Everyone,

It was brought to my attention that Absoluate REO Solutions has 7 Forums threads working so, in an effort to keep everyone on the same page, i am going to close this discussion thread and refer everyone to the more active thread below.

    Absolute REO Solutions??
I just received a call from a representative from Absolute REO Solutions. There is a $295 fee associated with their 'service'. Does anyone know if th…
  • 10/20/2009 I signed up.
No activity. I emailed Steven asking about work 4/29/2010
Nothing! I emailed Steven and Gary and asked them for a full refund and removal from there vendor list.
Nothing! 5/3/2010 I emailed Gary. Requesting a full refund and removal from vendor list.
I finally hear something, it’s a BPO order form Steven, and I immediately return the email via my Blackberry. Requesting a full refund ASAP and removal from the vendor list. Informing Steve that I will not accept this BPO. And I still have no communication nor do I have the refund requested that was assured to me.
I know I have been taken advantage of, and after this I hope you don’t make the same mistake I did.
  • Jennfer, I also was told that once the home is forclosed it will be my listing. An NOD was recorded in January so I am hoping to get the listing in July.
    Always an optimist, Dave
  • I've also recently received a BPO and have been signed up since last Nov. I'm also taking the wait and see attitude.
Has anyone else been promised that their BPO will become their lisitng when it forecloses?
    • I also received the token 1 BPO after I did a lot of complaining and was promised it would be my listing when it foreclosed. That was on Jan 30. Nothing since then except promises. Has anyone in Michigan gotten any assignments or listings?
  • I will chime in as well. I was solicited, took it hook line & sinker, signed up, and received the token 1 BPO. I did get paid, but from what I have read here, I should probably just expect to use it as a write off for my taxes next year..

If anyone has received business (not BPO assignments, I mean actual listing assignments) please let us know.
  • I have had a positive experience with this company. I have received BPO's and been paid promptly.
  • I have only received one BPO assignment but nothing since. I keep hearing they are still negotiating with other banks to get assigments but nothing seems to be happening. So far this has been a one sided relationship. I give them money to join and they keep the money and do not produce any listings, only promises of business
  • Hi Stephen,

I have to admit that I was hopeful your company was on the up and up but each day I see post after post from agents who are experiencing the same difficulties I have experienced. Back on March 11th when I decided to send an email and complain, sure enough I was given a BPO that day. Then when I asked about the web site not working, I was told it was being worked on and would be fixed very soon. Well here is is the 23rd and the web site is still not working.

HOW MANY REO LISTINGS DO YOU HAVE IN CALIFORNIA? If I hover over the map, it reads 35 which by the way, is the same number it read on the 11th.

I now want to join others and ask for a refund. Of course, I know that I will never see it but hopefully others will read all of these posts and realize not to waste their money.

Anyone reading this post....PLEASE do not make the same mistake many of us have made. These guys are smooth talkers.
  • Yes, We signed up with Absolute two weeks. We recieved a BPO about 3 days after signing up as promised by Alex. Alex was great to work with and highly advise agents to work with Alex if you can. Hopfully, we will recieve more BPOS and listings.
