They're still around.. and boiler room callling all Realtors :( Got a call from Arthur this afternoon and guess what??? They just contracted with U.S. Bank and have 2 reo's coming up in my zip code and would like for me to list..how about that, just out of the blue..I told him I was preparing to make a company change and would not want to be taking on any new listings at the moment...well, he said I should pay the fee now in order to get the ball rolling in order to get the 2 listings..I told him I would not pay him $295 until I checked out the company and would call him back in the morning... came straight to this site and oh-my!! HOW ARE THEY STILL AROUND??? HOW DO THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS??? The Illinois Attorney Generals office needs to be contacted.
