Most have us have been abused by many companies that continue to chase unknowing realtors.... just look them up here.... am sure we can save you alot of $$$$$........

Rose, I'm Terry Brand and I work in the Jacksonville/St Augustiine area. I've been working here for 10 years after moving from Miami. Have held a license since 1992. Been doing BPOs for all the major companies for over 3 years and wanting to break into REO. Any suggestions? Obviously not your competition in south Florida so would appreciate any guidance from you or anyone else out there.

Thanks-I will. i think more of thee "vendor management" companies are springing up. They are playing on our strong desire to get REO listings. I cant see how they benfit either party-the Realtor or the AMP.

They are just sofware platforms, they don't provide business, only make it easier to keep your business organized. I made the same mistake w/ reovm.... 'cept, I thought it would be a way to open the door wider at odrms... it didnt, it's not..... its just my money gone.
The industry is feeding off itself rt now. Everyone knows we're hungry for business and willing to pay.Save your money, check companies first!!.....Oh yes, I forgot... also, don't go crazy w/ certifications either.... they don't work, they're a joke. Make sure you are already doing business w/ a company before you buy into all the certs. None of my active companies require a cert.-

Great advise Rose. It is so true that the industry is feeding onto itself. Let's be more careful and stand together to make it through by sharing our own knowledge about the legit companies.
No problem...... there is a GREAT post in here, it's rather long and it asks everyone to list the best and worst companies they've worked for...... I run through it every once in awhile, its been quite valuable!!..
Rt now, I can't remember the name of it...( best and worst companies??).. dunno--- but, peruse through, you'll find it...!
