Advertising REO? What is working for others.

MLS is norm, but what are you other guys doing to generate some extra business.  At Capital Investment Realty Group we have a Full Page ad in the Homes and Land Magazine which runs monthly and have been with them for 2 years straight.  They normally take our listings and run them thru 30 some odd web sites for us, which is nice and it does get us exposure and a market presence for our area.  Times are tough and I know that some of these REO properties will sell without any ads.  What is working for your company?  Love too Know and Thanks

I know this may sound funny but I put my houses on youtube.com. I take the pictures of the house and turn it into a video. Youtube is searched by so many people and it gives my listings a ton of extra exposure. Hope this helps.

I get tons of calls from my Craigslist ads. None have turned into REO sales but you definitely get some leads.
