           and Good Luck to You!!

This is a troubled industry rt now.... takes alot of patience, alliances, and hard to work to do well.. Also, make sure you have an excellent broker to train you. Sometimes we go for the company that gives us the most commission..... but if you dont learn from the best..... you wont make any commission anyway. Takes money and time to train someone.... respect that , its expensive and hard to find these days!

    Good Luck----!! Rose

    • thanks everyone, I appreciate all the advise!

  • Watch out for all the scams out there! And there are many! Anything that wants you to put money up front before giving you any work is most likely a scam! Especially if they call you to say they have assignments in your area!!

The real companies who have the work already have more agents knocking on their door then they can handle. Those that call around looking for new suckers...err ... agents.....99.999% of the time have nothing and just want your money!

  • Look for a farm with at least 500 homes.  To be a good farm it needs to have at least 20% turn over a year.  Once you found it have your title company give you a list of names and addresses, you also need to know which home have defaulted on their loans which homes are upside down.  Now get a real comfortable pair of shoes on and knock on every door in your farm.  Check back when your done.  BTY you need a minimum of $5,000 a year for marketing.  Not, what I call front porch spam, just listed, just sold, or here's what's on the market.  Knock knock
