AMP vs Taza vs. eBrokerhouse

Titanium and other companies are helping RES.NET to push this AMP platform.I wanted to find out how it compares to the big guns out there, Taza and my personal favorite eBrokerhouse. The price is reasonable but its hard to grasp the features unless you goto one of thei seminars. If you are using or have used AMP, share with us what you think of it and how it compares.

I am still with TAZA and love it. They are leagues ahead of everyone and the digital mobile inspections and photos for the iPhone and Droid ROCK! My field team is so happy with it and they are updating the apps with new features several times a month. I also like how robust the system is. I do my short sales, reos, and traditional listings all on TAZA. The short sale tools are fantastic also. There are a lot of companies out there and I have looked at the newer ones that continue to pop up. Just to make sure I'm still with the best technology... Seems like everyone is trying to keep up or copy TAZA.... I know that they also have some very competitive new pricing plans for new clients too.  Oh and they also have really increased the speed of the system with new dashboards and all new interfaces.  FYI to those of you that are looking for a system or use a cheap system now.... I think you should check our the new pricing....

  • I believe EBroker house is a great product but frankly I'm in the business to make money. TAZA is a heavy system and since getting a new computer and the new servers I'm o.k. with the speed. But I have also received and Assignment! I also have friends back east who have been getting assignmnets. We think that they are properties from Fannie being sold to investors... anyway... TAZA is expensive but if I am get more clients from them it is well worth it.
  • If I have the volume, I would select ebrokerhouse. They appear to have the best price and the application appears to be user-friendly.
  • I hear that there is another one ready to launch soon.

  • I have been in REO for a very long time and have tried many of the programs mentioned, and even some others that friends of mine developed that haven't been mentioned. We went through them all and then some. What we have discovered in "EBH" is unbelievable! The components that offered alone are worth the price of admission.........now add in the service and training from them; the continual communication that you get; their willingness to explore ideas that you present or suggest; and the feedback from these guys and you have a marriage made in heaven! Seriously, my staff had been frustrated with all the other REO management type systems. I kept having to "warn" or "threaten" them to keep up with the system----- mainly "because I spent so much money on it". With eBrokerHouse I walk around the office and see them working on it on one of their computer screens consistently. I have been very impressed with the changes or upgrades that they have made. I am excited with the future ideas that they are exploring with it..........and the cost is truly nominal. If you are handling a lot of REO & BPO's it is a great system. I'm not knocking the other systems, some of those people who developed and own them are good friends of mine.......I'm just saying that "EBH" works for me and my staff is very happy and it's one less problem or fire that I have to put out that day. If nothing else try it out for the 30 day trial period and see if it works for your way of doing things in your office. Hope this Helps. Regards, KIRB in MD.
    • Thanks Joe!
  • In my opinion, Ebrokerhouse definitely gives you the most BANG for your money. They are constantly upgrading and listening to their clients suggestions. The system is extremely robust and has the capacity to be used for regular listing, REO listings, bpo work if your are doing bpos, contact information, offer submission...you can even set it up for showing instructions!! I haven't heard of anybody getting new business from the amp system or Taza, only one REO company that I knew used Taza but they just converted to reotrans. Anybody have some feed back on my comments please Post! Thanks.
  • I am blown away by all the wonderful responses!! eBrokerHouse members are the best!!
  • I subscribe to both AMP and Ebrokerhouse and I can tell you first hand that Ebrokerhouse is by far SUPERIOR. It is so incredibly easy to use and I LOVE the offer submission. It is a great feature that automatically emails my Blackberry when I get a new offer with a summary of the offer highlights, including purchase price, credits, FHA vs.Conv or Cash, COE etc. Ebrokerhouse easily manages each property with the ability to assign tasks, upload documents, timelines, contacts for each property etc. The cost of Ebrokerhouse is a steal compared to the competition of only about $29,99 per month or I just paid $299 for the whole year. Like any system you might need to ask customer service to get the hang of things, but the owner Thomas Moore goes above and beyond to walk you through any questions you may have. You can't beat it for the ease of use, performance of the system and convenience...It's going to be a tough one for competitors to challenge!
  • I used Taza and switched to EBH. Taza was like a Ferrari body with a Yugo engine. I think Taza made some improvements but I EBH is the best system and value that I've found.
