I check with the California Department of Real Estate and Tom Oldefendt does not show up as having a real estate license as he states in his profile. I checked out all 3 managment team members and not one has a California Real Estate License...looks like a scam to me. I'm not doing business, if they have any, with this company until such time as there is some concrete evidence that they are legitimate.
Well, the Real Estate License is a big deal to me. It allows for some accountability if problems arise. What is more distrubing about your findings is, he obviuosly isn't being very truthful or forthcoming about his license status.
I am not sure who LeeAnn Axcell is but, we do have another forum on this company, "Anyone Heard of WWW.AMS4REO.COM?" which is rather extensive with 27 replies. I might add, out of 27 replies, not a single person has said they got a REO listing from this company.
