Any info on Agent Registration Access webinars?

Have been receiving emails entitled Vendor Inquiry- 2015 Preferred Agent Application - they have various dates/times for you to join a webinar that will supposedly "show you exactly how to start the process in 2015 for your first specific county and receive your first listing."

Wondering what they are selling and how much is the fee? Do I smell a scam?

The mailing address reads a company name as Agent Registration Access from Mill Valley CA.
