  • I'm on their advisory panel on the BPO side, from what I understand, BPO's are based in Utah, REO- based in Denver. Two separate operations. There has been recent talk about sharing each othes best agents with each other but nothing so far. No listings from them as well on my end.
  • I have completed a lot of BPOs for Corelogic and never received a listing.  Anyone on this site get a listing?
  • Has anyone ever used REO Lister?  If so, what do you think?  Also, what about attending REO Expo?  Do you think it has any value for someone who is trying to break into REO by networking with AMs?  I'd appreciate any feedback any of you might share before I make decisions that cost me $$.....

  • Thanks for all the information! Keep it coming!
  • Hi Doug! I do BPOs with Corelogic but I do not recieve listings from them.  I believe they have a freeze on new agent hire for listings, I will check again and let you know.

    Thanks,

  • You might be confused with the CoreLogic.

There is an old CoreLogic (VSS), just a BPO mill. Depending on the area, you can get few BPO's and Property Inspections per month.

Also, there is the Corelogic, the former First American (for the ones that remember, before that was SourceOne).

Corelogic BPO (First American), is just that - an exclusive BPO mill. First American also has an REO side (Corelogic REO).  You will never get a listing, unless you are approved on the REO side.

At the last conference REOCON, I have met at the lender roundtable two people from Corelogic (First American) who said that will be a complete revamp of their operations pretty soon: BPO and REO divisions will use the same pool of agents.

I am doing BPO's for them for a long time, and I had no chance to get into REO side, so far. Actually, I 'wake-up' for REO's just 3 years ago, and is possible that I was just a little bit to late.

    • Thanks George! I was wondering what was the process was for Corelogic listings.
  • The trouble with QA overseas is the mentality and limited authorization. When a small town get splits into two zone from a highway. They ask one to consider one side only.  What they don't realize any redlining is taboo in the US.

Their forms are easy. The pay in 2011 has bumped up. A good feature is once you proved yourself it waits

for your in the cue. Other companies tell you you are golden member and it hardly stays there more

    than a few minutes.

Just about everyone I know work for FARVV has applied for REO listing. I doubt they have much inventory.

The foreclosures are about over in my area.

  • I have done BPO's for Corelogic that use to be First American, but I haven't seen  any in a while maybe because I need to be sign up with Vss? and just BPO's no REO's

    • Yes, CoreLogic is owned & operated by First American (FAREO).  Yes, you should definitely go to www.vss20.com and register if you seek BPO's with prompt payment (albeit only $45 for the work).
