Jan, I'm in North Riverside County and nothing either.
Ramez, I'm getting a lot of BPO's too and several on short sales too....
I'm so ready for the next round of REO....

Nothing here. But I did pick up a standard listing for a change. Seeing a lot of BPO requests coming in and all are short sales and listed.

Not here. I'm in Southwest Riverside County. From what I hear the banks are still sitting on them.
