Same for me. I'll get a BPO from them every couple of months or so. Easy to work with and they do pay. Just a little slow. Never seen any REO.
Yes. I have been doing BPOs for them for years. Very small 2-3 person company. Now very low to no volume. They pay but slow. Never left me unpaid. Their client is generally Bayview. WRV has no influence over listing assignments and I've never got one from Bayview.
