They invited me to join at platinum level ($69 per year) to receive listings. then later that same day I get this email from some agent saying he couldn't recommend them and they didn't pay on time. Still trying to figure out how he got my email address, but that's another story. So if you know anything, you'll be doing us all a favor!

There use to be a coast to coast bpo company that was well known for non payment for bpo's. Our company ending up suing them and got most of our money owed. Don't know if this might be the same company but as long as I've beeing doing this I'm starting to get upset that this older and newer asset companies that are showing up now want to dig deeper in to our pockets. I don't have a problem with paying a reasonable referral fee but these yearly or monthly fees are getting out of hand.
