Just received what is obviously a blast email from this organization touting that they were now opening up their site for new applications by REO agents. And son of a gun, they just happen to have a $199.00 sign up fee.Now they talk about all they do and ellude that they work with HUD but the HUD related links are to the HUD site itself.Anyone know anything about them? In looking closely at the email I received it was obvious that they had sent it to everyone in my metro area. Not even aimed at legit REO agents.
