  • Hi there, my name is L. Host and I am a representative of Kazork. We are an asset management and real estate technology company. Sellers use our website as a platform for taking offers, and buyers submit their offers online using our transparent system to save time and paper. I'd be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about our company, otherwise I encourage you to visit our website and check out the testimonials we have there from other agents about our system. Please let me know if there is anything I can explain for you.
    • L. thank you for your reply and willingness with sharing information about your company. As I understand Kazork also processing short sale files as well? I've spoke with the person at Kazork and he explained that doing a short sale with the Kazork system, it will dramatically expedite the short sale process, can you explain little bit more on that?
Also, is Kazork managing and assign REO listings to a local REO agents?
Thank you very much for your participation and help.
      • Vitaliy-- glad I can help! We do have a short sale program, yes. Basically, the larger banks offer to agents listing short sales to use our system. What our system does is show the bank the market value of the property. Each listing has a set period of time during which to submit offers, and at the end of that time frame, whoever has the highest offer submits their written offer/ package to the bank. Whether we only have one offer at list price or twenty that raised it $40,000, it shows the bank what the market will bear for the property. As I'm sure you know, short sale package approvals often take months, and often they aren't approved because the bank is looking for a higher price. With our system, we show them how much they can reasonably expect to get, so they are more likely to take the offer presented.

Our system moves the short sale process along much faster because it's sanctioned by the lender and each property has a time frame to submit offers, so there is less of a wait. There is no fee to your short sale client to use our platform. Once the short sale package has been approved, the transaction is standard.

Kazork does manage REO properties, and on occasion we do assign them to local agents, however most of them come pre-assigned with listing agents. If you're interested in listing for Kazork, there are two things you can do:

1.) Get on the lists of the larger banks such as GMAC, Fannie Mae, Wells Fargo, etc., as an approved listing agent. This is the best way to get listings.

2.) Register on our website and check that you are interested in listing when registering. We will contact agents off of this list if we have a need in your area. There is no fee to register on Kazork and we do not share your information.

Hope this helps, please let me know if you have any further questions!
  • Like you, I have been awaiting a response about Kazork, as I would like to know more about this company. I saw an Reo listing where the agent stated that we needed to use Kazork to submit offers. After researching the property I found that it was assigned through GMAC.
