Interesting. I thought that AppraiserLoft was a platform affiliated with the same company that produces InspectionPort. You have to get an invite from a BPO company in order to sign up. My invite came from Landsafe (BoA) which is a steady client. but now I have to pay $5 per order to use the platform. Talk about wage decline! Landsafe pays me weekly sometimes more often.

I though AppraiserLoft was just for appraisals. Who was the ordering company?

AppraisorLoft is not part of InspectionPort. They are for appraisals, but recently added bpo platform. If you do a search for AppraisoLoft online you will see that appraisors are not happy with not getting paid or having to fight for their pay. I have talked to AppraisorLoft new division who insist that checks are going to be sent out. So far I have been told there is a delay on checks being sent due to agents supplying wrong addresses for checks to be sent. I do not know about other agents, but I do know my address. If I get paid I will let you know. I did find out the CEO has recently been replaced. Hopefully this will help get the company going in the right direction.

  Turns out they are definitely related. AppraisalLoft called me to help me with printing an invoice. I said I do not use AppraisalLoft. He said do you use InspectionPort? Then that's what I'm calling about.

Hi Don, I have not been paid either. Received email that checks were sent last week, still nothing. I have read where the appraisers the do work for them say they have a hard time collecting money. There is a lot a bad internet information on them. Good luck
