Recently had the opportunity to look at the NRBA President's REO Broker Presentation and was quite impressed! First impressions are very important and if you don't tell the AMs what your skills or qualifications are they won't know. I am surprised at the amount of time and resources a lot of agents expend trying to break into the REO niche yet they don't take the time to have their presentation ready for that hard to come by opportunity. I believe there is quote that goes something like this: Luck is when opportunity meets preparation. How good is your luck and what are you doing about it?BTWIf there is enough interest will consider sharing some tips on what you should have in your presentation.

  • I would love to hear your suggestions as to what to include. I have been a Realtor for years and am just now trying to get into the REOs.

    Thanks for your help!

      • Thanks. I didn' t think of some of these, but very helpful to design a presentation. Wish you worked on this side of the world.
        • There is a presentation I put together for foreign investors. You can find it on my blog about foreign investors. Everyone is welcomed to use and tailor it to their specific needs.
