$40 per month for this, which seems like just a directory with maybe some information from time to time. Has anyone signed up for this and actually received REO assignments? I noticed the last discussions about this site are over a year old. ASREOS is American Society of REO Specialists. Thanks!

Might be worth the 40 bucks to check it out - if no long term contract. Haven't seen them slammed online, which is inevitable if they were shady.
