  • Hey,

We are a team of people having experience in manually accepting new BPO orders for most of BPO companies. We are very prompt in accepting orders when they are posted and can accept orders on your behalf for companies like RRReview, Atisource (Ocwen), Clear capital, OLD Republic, Equi-trax, SAM, Proteck, Corelogic, Emortgagelogic, BPO Fulfillment (Mainstreet Val.), Inside Valuations, GoodmanDean, Woodfinn etc.. and other companies.

We have one year experience and very high success rate in accepting new orders. There is no automated software used, We constantly monitor your email for new order and immediately accept new order when it is available, we do it manually and it is legitimate. We can provide you free service for a day or two if you are interested and accept some orders for you.

You would pay for accepted orders only, no additional costs. If order is canceled later you don't need to pay for it.

You can leave all your worries on us for accepting orders, please shoot me an email bpoorderaccept@gmail.com

Looking forward to hearing from you.
    Thank you.

  • Equator:
They make you pay for zip codes. Than 450 to be certified for one year. It is a lender based system and they do not help agents with anything but putting you on there system. I got assignments first two year, Green River, Coldwell Banker, and few other Banks. My daughter paid to be on there site for a year no assignments. I think we need to make contact on our own with the lenders and find out if they us Equator. I have asked for a list of clients that use them and they won't even share that with the agents using there site. they have problems but there not there to help the agents just themselves
  • First American REO Servicing, Wilshire, Integrated Asset Services, Assetlink, Green River.
  • Bank of America has many, many different REO departments and not all use Equator. I know for a fact that the department I work with out of Baltimore does not use any platform, it's all direct relations between the REO managers, 3rd party asset managers and the agents. BPO's (when needed) are all free form.

And I have seen BoA BPO request thru other platform also. So don't expect to see a lot of BoA stuff thru Equator.
    • Steve, thank you for that information. I think we are finding out that big banks, mortgage servicers split up their assets amoung the system that works for them for that population/inventory or whatever they use to decide.

REOtrans is huge and been around a while, so they won't be without clients or new ideas. It does get discouraging when you get nothing in the way of assignments, but they do still have a search engine of inventory.
And who knows.... we may be able to grab a BPO here and there. I just haven't been so lucky.
  • Hi Tim
Have you received any BAM work? Is it BPOs or REOs too?
    • I have only received BPO assignments.
      • REOtrans/Equator seems like a rip off because if you try to cover your zipcodes so you don't MISS work, you just end up paying and 99.9% of the people do not get actual work. It will be handy for the short sale transactions since you have to use it, but you do not have to pay for the zipcodes for short sales. REOs and actually BPOs are just not paying off for most that I hear from.

I started a group to list the companies that we waste money with - wonder if Equator will qualify for this list??

The group is: BEWARE! Asset Management Companies that charge a fee to assign you NOTHING!
  • I was with REO Trans for three years until this year than went to Equator. Since going to Equator i have stopped receiving assignments. I went through and got certified sold to me by Reo Trans this cost 450 dollars and ended up getting me no assignments. Before being certified I receivied assignments. After moving from Michigan to Georgia assignments stopped. I have the experience and a team in place to take care of the work. I'm also signed up with Titanium and filled out forms from Excellen which is the newest creation to hit the market. Best of luck what is the answer. More and more foreclosures each and everyday with new companies poping up everyday to maybe take care of the business. Best of luck
