Best Personal Real Estate Website's

I currently have Ala Mode hosting my website but have been thinking about changing. It is very user friendly and easy to change BUT I don't seem to be getting much traffic or leads.  Does anybody have any suggestions on website company's they recommend?

  • One thing to keep in mind is that to generate traffic you have to have content that is updated regularily. Blogging is a really good way to keep the content fresh, your seo high, and therefore more traffic.
  • thanks for the great suggestions, from Jerri's reply it looks like I definetely need to make a change
  • I really like Property Minder. You can check out my website at www.marcymoyer.com
    • Marcy, how much did you pay to get it set up/ monthly fees?
      • Celine,
I have all the bells and whistles including the new CMA feature which I love, and which also makes finding comps for bpos really easy. I pay $89 a month and have a one year contract. I can not remember if I paid a set up fee but if I did I am guessing around $100. they give you a month to try it out for free. There is a great tool that tracks all the search engine referrals and what pages people are looking at as well as a lead capture feature. Short sale articles seem to be the most popular pages on my site.
        • Thanks Marcy, i took a peek at your website and you are right the short sale articles also captured my interest.
  • Try web agent solutions. Pl mention my name as well. Thank you.
  • I also have a website with ala mode. And one with Point2Agent. I get no leads from my ala mode site and lots of good, quality leades from my Point2 site. Not sure why. I like the look of the ala mode site better, but that doesn't compare with the performance of my Point2 site. Point2 is very good, and just as easy or easier to manage than the ala mode site. Check it out.
