Public service announcement. Do not trust anyone from Optimal REO Solution who wants to give you REO listing but you need to pay $499 upfront. They even provided a review from better business bureau to give them "credibility". It's another scam... I wish these people work for a living instead of feeding off unsuspected Realtors.
Another REO scam company to report. Optimal REO Solutions. Complete scam. Total ripoff. Hang up the phone and report them to other agents. Same as Lear scam.
