One thing I do not understand is why do BPO Companies expect Realtors to locate and prepare BPO reports for $40.00. I keep receiving requests for Gainesville, FL which is 40 miles there and 40 miles back and it does no good to refuse or try to contact in regards to price. Fact is my lowest price is $75.00 even if it is next door (but never has been!)
I service 3 counties, cut off everyone else and those I help all pay well, and promptly, and adjust prices accordingly for distance.
