I am new to the REOPRO site and just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Brandon Perkins and I'm a Realtor out of Corpus Christi TX....Hello!
After signing up for a dozen or so BPO companies, I downloaded a trial of the Order Central software from BPO Automation group. I didn't have any luck getting any orders auto-accepted and was hoping to get some feedback from the forum.
The software itself is a bit of CPU hog but it did seem to work. I emailed support to ask a few questions and never did get a response. Does anyone have any experience dealing with their support? Does this company respond only to paying members? is there other software you would recommend over BPO-automation for auto-fill and/or auto accept?

We are a team of people having experience in manually accepting new
BPO orders for most of BPO companies. We are very prompt in accepting
orders when they are posted and can accept orders on your behalf for
companies like RRReview, Atisource (Ocwen), Clear capital, OLD
Republic, Equi-trax, SAM, Proteck, Corelogic, Emortgagelogic, BPO
Fulfillment (Mainstreet Val.), Inside Valuations, GoodmanDean,
Woodfinn etc.. and other companies.
We have one year experience and very high success rate in accepting
new orders. There is no automated software used, We constantly monitor
your email for new order and immediately accept new order when it is
available, we do it manually and it is legitimate. We can provide you
free service for a day or two if you are interested and accept some
orders for you.
You would pay for accepted orders only, no additional costs. If order
is canceled later you don't need to pay for it.

Beware of copy cat providers like the one listed above!
Many companies have been tracking IP addresses and have policies against people that outsource accepting assignments or doing auto-filling of BPO data, photos and such. They will provide an email warning (like the one listed below) if they are nice, otherwise they may just fire you because they have enough proof to see that the IP address used isn't you!

Brandon, I sorry that you didn't have success the first go a-round with our Order Central software and that we didn't respond to your contact attempt(s), I researched this to make sure and it appears that you did the trial when I wasn't 'manning' the Order Central trials station. Sorry about us not getting back to you, period. We do offer help for people when they are in their free trial.

Hi Brandon, I have had Order Central for about 3 months and use it for just 1 company, it works well for me. I have used the auto fill for about a year and wouldn't want to be without it. It saves me 15 to 25 minutes per bpo.
I'm suprised you haven't received a response, they normally respond in 24 hours, you may want to check and make sure you emailed the correct department.
I personally think they are a great company to work with, and they have been very responsive to any tech issues I have(most are caused by me).
They are a company that actually helps me make more income in the bpo industry and I highly recommend them to anyone doing more than 3-4 bpos per day.
That is good to know, I appreciate the response. If I could get a few BPOs a day, even it was only from 1 of the companies it would be so worth it. I didn't get any so far using the 1 wk trial. At this point, I am new to BPO services and still trying to figure out which companies can provide semi-consistant work in my area so I can take advantage of the auto acceptor and autofill software. I went through the appraisal trainee courses and did some field work prior to getting into the sales side, so I think the BPO would be an ideal niche for me. Any help would be appreciated!
Is it worth paying for higher tiers on equator, resnet or fas?
