  • I've never had a problem getting paid and I get maybe 30-50 solicitations from them weekly (mostly for Green River Capital), but to be honest, their forms are QUITE time consuming and like Sam said... photos are plentiful and painful (due to size limits) and they require massive uploads (tax sheets, MLS sheets, pictures and more of all comps).

    I won't touch Green River Capital reports any more. The most I've seen them offer is $50 for a full report and their turn times are often 24-48 hours. 

  • If you like to take photos, resize and upload (6) and load all mls data sheets (6) and property profile (1) that may be for you.You have to fight to get them. They do not wait or hold for you.

    How well? My impression is they do pay but it is like not getting paid.
