Broker price opinion

I did the same thing and have been waiting for 1 year for my payment of $3000. When I wrote them an e-mail and said due to their non performance that they needed to pay me the money that I agreed to forfeit in the agreement as well as what they owed me. I got a phone call stating that they sent me a check for $400 that I never received and was told that they were mailing me another one out right away and that they refused to pay me the $905 I agreed to forfeit since we had an agreement. The only reason I took their offer of $2000 immediately and forfeit $905 was because I did not want to lose all of the money (like I lost it all to Evaluation Solutions) and because I was told that I would receive payment every 30 days from then on for every bpo I completed and that my $$ for bpo's would increase as well as the volume increase. Well another lie. Last I spoke to them they were supposed to stop payment on the $400 check & send me another one. I am still waiting. Also I told them that I expect payment for the bpos that were cancelled after I worked on them and/or completed them.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Brokers Price Opinion. They DO NOT PAY. I was contacted by Broker price Opinion in August 2013. They said they had 4 rush commercial BPO's. I explained that our local MLS is not a good source for comps and I would have to pay LoopNet for sold & available comps. We agreed on a price with a 30 day payment. I completed the BPO's on time. 35 days later I called and called and called. Each time I called I was pushed off to a voicemail in the accounting department. My emails went unreturned. Finally I spoke with some one who told me they are paying 60 days after completion (Not what we agreed on). 60 days went by and still no payment. Called & called again, same BS they put you through to accounting where I leave a voicemail which NEVER gets returned. Mailed a past due invoice, called 10 more times, sent 10 more emails ... and received an email that said they pay 90 days after completion. I have still NOT been paid.
