I've done the research and will be setting up with one of these two. I've just started the 30 day demo at Ebroker and will probably load 5 properties into each system and test both over the next 30 days.
I need thoughts and opinions from any experienced users. Promoters are welcome, however I want to hear why I need to choose your product over the other? What features does one have that the other does not?
Also, If anyone out there is using RIO Genesis, I would like to hear about that as well. I have the option of using the RIO platform for free, however am worried about the learning curve and support. REOCon will have a free certification program for NRBA members. This class may be open to non-NRBA, but I'm not sure.
Time is limited and cost is always a factor, so I'm looking for the system that is the easiest to implement/learn, cheapest to operate on an ongoing basis, and the most efficient platform at combining the different things we need to manage as REO Brokers (Agents, Reimbursements, Property Tasking, Showings, Closing Coordination, Buyer Lead Management, Offer Submission, etc..)
