    Just got off a conference call with BULK packages ranging in the 30-40 cents on the dollar.

    Feds have started to release bulk, still wanting premium pricing, such as .75 / dollar in the hot markets (AZ, NV, FL, CA). Prices are starting to fall though, due to heavier release into the market and supply going up. Get ready for the bargains and lots of inventory to hit.
