Anybody do any work for Caliber Home Loans.
I had a listing with Selene Finance and they sold the loan to Caliber Home Loans but Caliber let them and myself continue handling the property as it was already listed. I had Selene approve some expenses and now that the property has sold Selene Finance doesn't want to reimburse me for them saying that I have to go to Caliber Home Loans to get Reimbursed. I have emailed all my expenses to them and have not heard anything back. Would like to know if anyone has had a similar situation and if so were you reimbursed your expenses.
