California REO Management and AtlanticPacific REO have teamed up and merged our real estate agent databases. Your account with California REO Management has been merged and may be missing one or more of the following criteria;

·         Phone numbers

·         Questionnaire

·         Copy of E&O Insurance-please upload a current copy

·         Copy of License- please upload a current copy

·         Coverage area

 

IF YOUR PROFILE IS MISSING ONE OR MORE OF THESE CRITERIA, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY ASSIGNMENTS WITH ATLANTICPACIFIC REO OR CALIFORNIA REO MANAGEMENT, UNTIL PROFILE IS UPDATED.

PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO UPDATE YOUR PROFILE IN OUR WEB SITE: AUTOMATED REO RESOLUTIONS ONLINE (ARRO).

·         Please login to the system (www.atpacreo.com/management).  Your agent ID and password should be the same as your California REO Management ID and password. If you have any trouble logging in, click on the “Having trouble” link and enter your email address. Your login will be sent to you.

·         Once logged in, click “My Profile”

·         Verify and update profile information  (Missing phone numbers/ address)

·         Add any cities you cover which may be missing

·          Upload CURRENT copies of your License and E&O Insurance

 

Any changes made to your profile will update both systems, AtlanticPacific REO and California REO Management.

  • When you login to (www.atpacreo.com/management) it takes you to arromanagementsystems.com.

    I'm register with arromanagement for more than 2 years and never received anyBPO or Listings assigments.

    Any advice.

     

  • They did not ask me for any fee.
  • Were you asked to pay a $75 admin fee?

    • Discussion is 5 years old.  Whatever happened back then will be irrelevant today.  I think they are Carrington now. 

  • I don't recall ever getting that e-mail notice. Either way thanks a lot. I went ahead and logged in and sure enough I was able to update my info. Hopefully I will get some business now that I have updated my profile. I used to get quite a bit from CALREO back in the day. There nice people and a good company to work with.
  • I got this e-mail too. I immediately made changes to my profile and sent it into their system. I have no thoughts but I hope this is going to an opportunity for more business. We will see!
