Here are a couple of sites with lists of Hard Money Lenders: www.hardmoney.com and www.ReiClub.com.
It was possible 10 years ago. Not now. I would suggest looking toward hard money lenders. The rates are higher but so is the risk. You can find ads in your local paper or word of mouth in the commercial RE world.
