Has anyone work with Caneel Group and have received listings from them.. I just received a request to door knock a property .. I would like to know if anyone has worked with Caneel Group and if the company is honest and trustworthy... Please let me know as to your experience with them.

Hi Stephanie, I've done 2 for them here in Tampa, FL. The door knocks were free but you have to solicit yourself should the customer need your service. The two I had were Short Sales. Both didn't get me any business tho.

Yes, Caneel Group is good to work with. Not too many listings but I get them from time to time. If they are asking you to door knock, you will probably get the listing

Thank you very much for the reply.. I did door knock and was able to reach the homeowner.. he stated he is
in the middle of a Loan Modification.. I related the message back to the Asset Manager.. she said no she checked on this and the Loan Modification is not going through ... he did not comply with all of the paperwork required. She asked me to door knock again to let him know this... so I said yes I would go back to visit him again.. I did he stated that he would contact her the very next day... as of now this was a week ago.. not sure what will become of this... If you have any reply please comment.. What area are you located in what state are you in? How long have you worked with Caneel Group.?
