Does any one have a relationship with the REO director at Capitol One? I have been communicating with him but it looks like I will need a warm refferal from some one to start seeing any properties from him.

    Just be sure you're on Equator....and list zips where they own assets. That's where they "shop" and assign.

    I had emailed an AM (Linda Coy) there - but never got a response. It'll be a touch one to be found on equtor with thousands on there. Thanks for the reply Jonathan

    I sent a few emails to an AM there. Did not even reply back. Can't even find a way to sign up wit hthem direct.

      I have talked with their REO director and he said that they choose theri agents diectly from equator, and thats it. He was not interested in talking with any longer than he had to...
