I have worked with Chrisley and have been very happy with them until about 3 months ago, my communication has almost ceased, they owe my 1500 in repairs. I still have the listing, so I'm going to put a lien on the property! They will not return my phone calls, very little communication.
I used to get several roes from Chrisley about 2-3 years ago. I was working roughly 5-8 units a month for them. Then they just dried up and disappeared. Most recent was in April of this year I received a reo and had it sold with in 7 days of listing. Nothing sense. The asset manager I worked with is no longer with the company.
Marqueze or anyone else reading...do you have a way of finding out where they have properties? That might be a way of decieding for yourself that you want to pay the $$.

Marqueze,
Are you saying that after you have signed up with them you started to receive REO listings, I see you say Homepath which is Fannie Mae properties? please elaborate, if so how fast after you signed up with them did you receive theese listings?
I signed up with Chrisley down in TX at 5 star. When I got back to Nashville from TX I had an assignment. I am not saying that you all success with this company will mimic mine but I am glad that I TOOK A CHANCE ON THEM AND THEM ON ME! I have signed up with over 300 companies and we have been at this for a while and they, meaning Chrisley always come through. Mr. Chrisley is a super cool guy and all of his A.M. respect the brokers as we do the same. They mainly handle Fannie's things but hey again I am glad I signed up with them. They are also on Linkedin.
