Does anyone have contact information for anyone at Citi Global?  Our contacts at CitiMortgage are not familiar with Citi Global.

Also, do you have any experience dealing with Strategic Recovery Group (SRG)?  They are working on behalf of Citi Global, which is the 2nd lien holder on one of our Short Sales and they are a.) refusing to accept the standard 6%, b.) refusing to negotiate (they want 100%), and c.) refusing to even give our offer to the lien holder.

    About two years ago I dealt with SRG on a 2nd that had been sold to them. They would not budge on accepting the 6%. They insisted on additional funds from the sellers so they agreed to a promissory note for a small monthly payment ($50 with no interest) for 3 years in order for SRG to release the lien for us to close escrow. This was before the new CA laws were in effect.
