I am an Agent in California , I used to get BPO orders from Corelogic, probably between 20 and 30 orders per month. I had a Platinum Agent status, but when that happened the orders started to get slower, and when I have called they said just that my area has been really slow.
Last month I just got 3 orders from them.
Any suggestions?
I would like to know if anyone else had a similar situation.

That depends on where you are. I rec'd 12 in a row where I volunteered to let someone else take a cut. The faster I work the more are waiting in my que. My latest score degraded to GOLD from a solid Platinum. Apparently, they penalize you from not accepting all assignments. One solution will be focus on primary zip code. The downside from reading the blog posted is one may not receive one for a long time as it is not a guaranteed work.
The new grade report shows how many agents one competes with. When I see the huge numbers in a rural area which I service, there must be a lot agents needing a pt job. Corel Logic is the only company that actually will hold the work for me for a few hours. Other firms I work for is very much 1st come 1st serve. They may keep it for you for 5 mins and claim you are a premium and good performer. Corel is still my best bpo mill. Always pays on time. QA took a while to understand what they are looking for.

Topics include:I believe they lost business to discounted bpos mills. However, I rec'd 12 in 2 days 2 weeks ago. Last week just 1.
Normally I just take enough to balance RE activities. If they put work in your cue then you are fine. I learned the urban BPOs are easier to get higher score if you are prompt, The more approval process it requires the more likely your score will drop. For valuation above $500K will require Salt Lake City approval. The duplexes, single family attached are harder to get thru QA.
As for getting listing, First American had a program although it seemed to have been digested by asset management companies. For Corelogic I think it is just a BPO mill. Am I correct?
Hello,
I used to perform 10 to 15 orders a week. In the last 4 months, i have done 4 bpos total.
