When filling out a Valuation registration do I use my Team name or Brokers name on form? Do I put my EIN number or brokers? I would like to get paid directly or does it have to go through broker in order to do BPO'S?

Suggest you take it with your broker convince him to let you keep the gas money. Look at this way. $30x20% means $6
for a broker to keep and there is a transaction fee on top. Many companies issue a check for each bpo.
