Did anyone ever sign up with AMS REO?

Back in Sept 2013, I got the following email:

AMS is setting up a nationwide network of brokers for exterior drive by inspections, QC Inspections as well as BPO’s (both interior and exterior)

• ·         What coverage area do you provide from your office location (i.e. 10, 20, 50 mile radius)?

• ·         Do you have staff to perform these within 24 and/or 48 hours depending on whether they are drive bys and/or BPO’s?

 ·         Do you have the capacity to and would you be willing to do BPO’s for $45-$55 per property if we assigned you 100-200 per month?

 ·         Do you have the capacity to and would you be willing to do Quality Control (QC) inspections for $30 per property if we assigned you 75-100 per month?

 ·         Do you have the capacity to and would be willing to do an exterior drive by (simple 1 page form with 2 pictures) for $5-$6 per property if we assigned you 200-500 per month?

 

Listed below are five items will need to be submitted to the following email address:

I had requested further information: "Please provide information concerning the ownership of your business, corporate form, time in business, source of funds, financial condition of your company and company clients.  

New companies pop up every day trying to take advantage of real estate agents in the BPO and REO business.  I need to know that you can pay for our services.

But I never got any response.  Checking online only comes up with complaints from contractors for nonpayment.  Of course.
