My Dispo annual membership is expiring so I must renew as I'm carrying a few pre-foreclosure assignments from one client I've had for years. Million dollar question - is anyone seeing any benefit or new clients from upgrading to the $300 premium option? The client I have is Select Portfolio. Does anyone know what other clients utilize Dispo? Thanks much in advance.

I have been with Dispo for 2 years and never received one listing. I have received two bpos requests one from pmh and one from summit.
only if the customer requires using their plat form. Got 1 bpo in 4 yrs for me.
I haven't gotten anything through them, except for PMH Financial (they pay fast), & Summit Valuations BPOs. SV pays as quickly as 8+ months! Not kidding. I didn't know they had a memebership option. I do Equator and RE.NET and that's it.
I am thinking about signing up for the 700 Res-Net membership. How much business did you get from Res-Net last year?
