DispoSolutions??

It's time for me to renew my membership with DispoSolutions.  Just wondering how everybody is doing with them.  Are you seeing assignments?  Keep in mind I'm in Southern Cal, really interested in knowing if there are any SoCal agents getting business from them.  But please post where ever you're from.

  • I am in Central Oregon.

    National Default Servicing used to use them for their platform several years ago.  Since NDS went elsewhere and Dispo started changing (I pay $25.00 yearly), I have recieved very few BPO orders and no REOs.  I keep paying my $25.00 though, as I feel that is cheap compared to what many others are charging with no guarantee of listings.

     

  • My subscription ends in 2 weeks and I have gotten 0 BPOs and 0 listings. I paid $125 for the year, will not renew.

  • I am in the Denver area.  I believe that tecnically Disposolutions is a platform that several companies use.   I am looking at my BPO log and it looks like both National Valuaation Services and Summit run their orders through it.

    Summit is a very slow pay, and they know it, they have apologized publicly for the slow pay, but have not speeded anything up.  I got a free year on Disposolutions because of how slow Summit is in paying.  I am still chasing payments from November BPOs I delivered.

    I got 5 orders in 2010 and 2 in 2011 so far.

  • I've done two BPO's for them in November and I still have not recevied my payment yet?  Does anyone have a contact number for their accounting department? Thanks.

  • I am receiving BPO's only, up to thgis point. Don't recall the count, but could be about 10 per year. I just re-signed for their 'premium-plus' membership - $30/year.

    I have received a BPO this year, so the membership is already paid.

    • I signed up with them and no work.
      • An amazing 2 BPOs in 3 years. :)
