I've gotten 2 listing assignments from them in the last year. I'm about ready to chuck them.

I just logged on to pose this same question after opening an email this evening from them stating:

Thanks for all the feedback. Your optimism inspires me. Even though I have NEVER gotten anything from them here in Southern California, I guess it is a small price to pay to better my chances.

BTW are any of you from my neck of the woods? I'm in San Bernardino County; Rancho Cucamonga specifically.

LOL, I got an email from them last night with the same info, it was the FIRST communication I have recieved from them since joining last year. Guess which way I went?

I worked with them a few years ago. Then they went away for a while. I have now signed up for upgarde. We' ll see?

After further thought, i just upgraded from the standard $25 to the $125 option. I wlyk if i receive any listing assignments or BPO's.

I used to do 4-5 bpo's per month, steadily in early 2008-2009... they paid, but no reo's.....so, for me... $125 was no prob. as I've already made money w/ them..... but I haven't had any business from them in about 5-6 months... not even a bpo.
I think the new platform changes were created, set-up and executed in the last 6 months.... looks like they took advantage of the LULL to change over.... hopefully, they'll be ready to send work soon.... I'm in S. Florida.... I know there will be work to do.....!! andddd, I 'll cross my fingers.....lol

You are in an active area and perhaps you should write or contact them soliciting work.
Most are auto-assigned by computer. However, if someone hears you are motivated it is who you know...
