Ahh I hate aging---the name just flew through some of my blank neurons but a MAJOR BPO source just changed their requirements and wanted me to go take live pics of all comps used. That for only a $50 fee! Wish I could remember the name right now but dont have time to post later.
I called them to decline and was told it wasnt their new policy, only the requirment of one new big bank using them. I told them to please mark my file and not send anything to me from that bank.
Can you imagine that?! I know there are THOUSANDS of starving licensees out there who will do a 50 mile drive BPO for $45 so maybe they will fill all their orders but having to drive the six comps in a market where Im sometimes going out MILES from the subject due to lack of sales would probably mean Id be working for a negative number.
