Dear Agent:
Turnkey Asset Management Solutions is expanding our base of REO agents throughout the country to assist us in handling the increased volume of REO properties. We manage our properties through the RESNET system and you must be registered with RES.Net to receive referrals.
If you are already a Turnkey approved agent and have executed a master listing agreement with us, please disregard the attached master listing agreement, but do please complete the attached agent synopsis and supply us with your primary 25 zip codes that you cover. Sending additional zip codes will not give you more work as only 25 will be entered into our system due to system limitations.
If you are not currently signed up with us and wish to be part of our approved agent pool, please execute the master listing agreement, complete the agent synopsis, and provide us with a list of zip codes that you cover.
We have attached the following documents to this email:
· Master listing agreement
· Agent synopsis (request for basic resume information) – Please send this back as a word document only.
· BPO information sheet (this is for your information only and outlines the expectations for BPO completion and fees paid for completing BPOs).
WHEN YOU RETURN THESE DOCUMENTS THEY MUST BE RETURNED IN THE FORMAT NOTED BELOW AND MUST BE RETURNED AS 3 SEPARATE DOCUMENTS. All within the same email.

Zip codes covered: Return as a separate PDF file. Do Not add these to another document or just put in your email.
Please note that Turnkey does not compensate agents for completing BPOs on property where the agent has been assigned the listing for sale.
Please also note that commissions and fees paid to agents as outlined in the document are not negotiable. Please do not attempt to contact us to modify the terms of the documents. If you choose not to accept our fees and terms then we thank you for your consideration. The agreement makes reference to a referral fee charged by Turnkey Asset Management Solutions. At this time we do not charge a referral fee as our fees are built in to the commission structure and we are paid by the seller.
