I have done several short sale sales with Pennymac but I have never signed up with them.
Does anyone have a link or application for REO listing agent?
The REO is basically history with no more than 1 home each zip. I doubt any agent wants to compete with me.

I'd contact one of the business development officers listed on their website.
No response even from asset managers I personally know.
