Good Morning! We, the staff at Owen REO, LLC, wanted to take this opportunity to extend a personal note of thanks and gratitude for both your service and dedication over the years.

 

As a result of yesterday's notification, we have been inundated, and in a good way, with a plethora of emails from each of you extending to us your disappointment in hearing the news and how much you enjoyed working with our company.

 

At this time, we would like to ask one favor from you,,,,PLEASE stay on top of your closings as we only have until May 8, 2011; after that date the assets will get transferred to the other AMPS. If we have the ability to move up closings that are slated to close beyond May 8th, please work with your Closer here at Owen REO to do so. We appreciate all that you can do!!

 

We wish all of you the best of luck; keep up the performance...and we hope to engage your services at some point in the future.

Good Morning:
As some of you may or may not have heard effective March 23, 2011, for all Fannie Mae properties in a status other than "Offer Accepted/Pending/Under Contract", Owen REO will no longer be handling the Fannie Mae account as one of their AMPs. If properties are currently in listed status and in negotiations, come Wednesday of next week, if Equator/Trax does not show the offer having been accepted, this will go to the new AMP as well. Beyond March 23, 2011 we will be handling properties that are under contract at that time up and through May 8, 2011.
We appreciate your dedicated service that you have provided over the years. We are being asked by Fannie Mae to advise you that although you are no longer servicing this file for Owen REO, you are to maintain the listing services as you will be going to another AMP; we are not privy to whom that will be at this time.

It is at this time we are asking that you submit all of your outstanding bills with a focus on properties that are not under contract by March 25, 2011. ALL BILLS INCURRED DURING THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE YOU WERE ASSIGNED THE PROPERTY FROM OWEN REO, LLC TO THE DATE OF THIS LETTER MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE ABOVE DATE IN ORDER FOR YOU TO BE REIMBURSED. Please follow the normal process for properties under contract as far as final billing with an emphasis this time of submitting asap.
