  • Hey,

We are a team of people having experience in manually accepting new BPO orders for most of BPO companies. We are very prompt in accepting orders when they are posted and can accept orders on your behalf for companies like RRReview, Atisource (Ocwen), Clear capital, OLD Republic, Equi-trax, SAM, Proteck, Corelogic, Emortgagelogic, BPO Fulfillment (Mainstreet Val.), Inside Valuations, GoodmanDean, Woodfinn etc.. and other companies.

We have one year experience and very high success rate in accepting new orders. There is no automated software used, We constantly monitor your email for new order and immediately accept new order when it is available, we do it manually and it is legitimate. We can provide you free service for a day or two if you are interested and accept some orders for you.

You would pay for accepted orders only, no additional costs. If order is canceled later you don't need to pay for it.

You can leave all your worries on us for accepting orders, please shoot me an email bpoorderaccept@gmail.com

Looking forward to hearing from you.
    Thank you.

  • well, equator and resnet are only platforms for us agents to keep all of our work organized... thats what we pay for..... it does happen that on occasion, a new to you reo dept. will come to you for a bpo or what not if they dont already have someone in the area... but thats sort of a "luck of the draw".....

I belong to equator and resnet because I have relationships w/ 2-3 lenders on each platform. I didnt meet them there. I actually met them through doing bpos directly for them or their "middle managers"- like emortgagelogic or FAS---- etc....over the years Ive collected certain asset managers and or asset companies that I follow around.

Thats it.Even with the few connections I have within these 2 "platforms"... I received nothing this yr... cept for my shortsales which I retained.

,,,,,,My opinion..... I decided to pay through out 2013..... If I dont recoup  the monies by the end of the year, then I will gladly step away from the reo biz.... as it seems to be getting more and more dangerous, expensive....and less professional.

I don't believe reo's will ever return to what they were. I hear agents complain all the time about how a handfull of agent control most of the bizniz, etc..... well, I think its because that industry no longer develops relationships w/ its agents in order to get a problem solved and out of the reo dept...... now they want to re-coup from the agents pockets and they want to re-coup from the deal and they dont pay anyone w/ a brain to do the job. These are now mindless youngsters who will send emails, file away signed docs... and make every deal set up till some supervisor comes by and says accept or flag it for 3 more bpos...while they wait for some policy change to occur, stall the sale... and get more govt. bail out for it...or go on vacation or get replaced w/ another a.m. hired yesterday for less $$..

No one a.m. is responsible for their work and I believe the lenders are moving toward being their own agents... opening their own divisions..... just like Ocwen.

Lenders are business's...... they arent stupid, they are dragging us along..... failing to pay in a timely way in order to make their transitions easier and cheaper.... I dont know for sure if this is the case.... Its just my 2 cents.... but it makes sense to me.... why hold us in esteem as professionals when they know soon, they'll be handling their own sales.....and can leave us behind...... Geez, I hope Im wrong...... and probably any lender who reads this will think Im a mess or crazy.... but this comes from many ( 11 ) yrs of reo experience-- HUD_ and distressed selling....+ 4 more as an active realtor....I have a feeling everyone wants realtors and our careers to disappear..... Hey, they did it to the sewing  and textiles industries in the 80's in our southern states.......Levi's used to be made here.......

    Just mytwisted little 2cents....

    • WOW ROSE!! That's great stuff! ..Seriously!...Well put....I tto am starting to feel like these banks would rather squeeze the life out of us rather then help us in any way.....

      •      looks that way!----

Honestly..... I re-read my previous post, and thought... WOW, what a rant, I apparently have issues...lololllolo....

Its been a tough few years, specially in S. Florida.......the worse part... is that I really dont believe our economy has bettered itself. We still see vacant, un-listed properties all over... They are regularly broken into... regularly raped and pillaged....and now the answer seems to be,,,,, sell big bulk sales to hedge funds and large investors....... yeah, that'll put the headstone on us..... I doubt they'll hire most of us either...... they too are realtors.........

Hopefully Nar and our local boards.... wont let us be disseminated as professionals...!

        Guess I'm still on a rant...lololololllololo

        • By the way....I love that little mexican food place on the boardwalk in Hollywood that is from Chicago....Awesome food and they have those king sized margaritas!

          • lolol.... dont know the name--- know the place!!! lololollolo enjoy!!!

        • Actually I re-read your rant and you are right! ....YOU ARE NUTS! ...LOL, I am kidding....What you are saying there I have been saying in my head for the last 3 years. Basically No ONE wants to pay a realtor anything other then minimum wage to do this work. That is why 90% of these buyer agents who drop these garbage offers for my listings on my desk are working at McDonalds FULL time while they try to put 2-3 deals a year with the hourly manager they work with at the Mac. I agree that I see these banks just having at some point a licensed hourly person to list and sell all of these for them. It is at the point financially for me  where I am almost better off just doing BPO's and skipping the REO's or going on unemployment like the rest of this lazy ass country. I guess maybe I am nuts too, but it is nice to know I am not alone....Hey, the best news! I am outta here on a plane to Aventura FL for a week in 3 hours!!....See ya Rose!

  • I have NEVER SEEN any advantage to the certification that they provide as well as all of the silly "zip code" purchases they try to talk you into. In the end, if a bank or asset company is going to use you they most likely found you outside of equator and if not they found you in equator based on your proximity to the property they wanted to assign to you. At the point they asigned the property to you, you sold it, did an admirable job and now they want to keep using you they will assign those properties to you REGARDLESS of what certs you have or what zip's you pay for. Obviously there are circumstances that may show otherwise here and there but those would definitely not be the norm!

    • How about USRES or RESNET? I spent $600 to get gold designation or something similar and am already regretting it because brought me nothing after 9 months. Have used their platform on a couple short sales but other than that zip.

      thanks for your responses. John.

  • I have the same question.
