Anyone ever get and REO's with equity pointe? They pay decent on their bpos, just not sure whats the process to actually get listings. Thanks for any information provided.

I have worked with Equity Pointe here (AZ) on REOs. They are an AMP for Fannie Mae here in AZ, and gave us decent volume of REO assignments. They are good to work for, but very strict on BPO turnaround (24hrs at most), and were very specific about how it was to be completed with their QC. Frequently they would call/email about small things like using ALL CAPS, or abbreviations. They now require you to sign up with REOVM.com to verify your license, E&O, etc. That is a $200 fee-may be worth it if you think they have REOs to assign in your area. REOVM is also used by Old Republic.

Yea I'm already signed up with REOVM. Not really doing bpos for old republic anymore, they don't have any reos out in Illinois at the time.
