Hello my fellow Realtors,
I have seen your posts about evaluation and how much they owe you.
I have done BPOs for this company on 3 different occasions and every time, I had to beg for the check.
I just received my last check, and YES, I mean it, my LAST CHECK. Just keep emailing the vendor inquiry department. Don't give up, every 2 weeks, check with them with another email.
It is not worth my time to complete a BPO in such a short notice time and have to wait for my check for months.
I hope that there are Realtors out there with better luck than me on this one!
