I ran across AMN Forms.  They say they are the same for working Fannie Mae properties as Multi-Forms, but wanted to ask the group....

Has anyone used them?  They have a free demo that shows you all the forms and you can actually select and fill them in on your 'test drive' of their service.

They also have a comparison chart on their site.

Cost is either $9.99 a month or $99.99 per year, your choice.

One main question is, someone said on one of the Fannie discussions, that MultiForm notifies outsourcers and Fannie Mae directly when ever anyone signs up with them.  That could be a huge advantage and worth the extra money, if that is really true.

Any one have experience using AMN Forms or opinions or information on Multi-Forms notifying Fannie and outsourcers?

  • I use AMNforms.com and have not had ANY problems with it.  I do a lot of Fannie Mae properties and never have a problem with the form, website, etc.  It's actually much better than MultiForms because you have access any where you are via the internet.  You can have several people logged in at the same time working on contracts, forms, etc.  AMM forms update the second there is a form change with Fannie Mae.  $9.99 a month beats the $600 software cost that MultiForms charges.  Good Luck.
    • Thank you for this helpful information, Sheila.
  • I use multiforms with Fannie direct, outsourcers use Equator, soon Fannie direct will also change to Equator, I wouldn't subscribe nor pay for forms unless you are Fannie Direct, and even then if you are new to Fannie direct, I would wait until my first assignment to purchase them, because soon they wont work.
    • Thanks Jose!  Your the best!
