So bummed - but the message did say to keep our application updated and current to be eligible for the next opportunity when they need extras in our area, so I can pass that along. Don't give up and keep your application current for future consideration.

I am so bummed! I didn't get it eaither. Maybe next opportunity. Do we have to be a member of NAR to be appoved? I am a member, but looking at my application, I accidently check 'no"...
I think we all have a realistic shot at getting accepted. I just opened my brokerage about a month ago it would be a great foundation for me while I go after HUD and Freddie. If I can manage to get 2 major direct accounts the rest is history. There are a ton of foreclosures here in Atlanta Ga I know they could use the help. They are just super slow in getting back....I think they do it on purpose:)
Hey Trong were you choosen to partner with Fannie Mae? I completed my application Dec.11 and they said it would take 6-8 weeks to hear back which that time is about up.

Completed mine on December 31st. Anxiously waiting...
