To all attending REOMAC:

As we all see the Well drying up in the last several months, I ask you to please 'corner' every AM you speak with and find out when they will release more inventory! Of course they don't know themselves but there has to be some sense of timing on their part.

The 'Tsunami' has had the opposite effect. Desperate to fill the demand!!

      Nothing SHORT about Short Sales. I am still very skeptical about the expedition of the sales cycle even with HAFA in full swing. 120 days is still unacceptable in my opinion.

        120 days? Even B of A is down to about 60 now that they're using equator.

        No reimbursements to deal with, no AM butt kissing, higher commissions and long lasting relationships...sounds like a winner to me.

          Are you at the closing table within 60 days from contract submission in San Diego?
